- Hydration: Consume at least 2 litres of water daily to stay hydrated.
- Limit Physical Contact: Whenever possible, avoid physical contact such as hugging and handshaking.
- Ventilation: Ensure that the environment is frequently ventilated to reduce the risk of infection.
- Hand Hygiene: Maintain excellent hand hygiene by washing hands frequently.
- Avoid Sick Individuals: Stay away from individuals displaying symptoms such as fever and cough, and those who have illnesses like the flu or cold.
- Limit Travel: Avoid unnecessary travel, especially international flights.
- Avoid Touching Face: Refrain from touching your mouth, nose, and eyes after coming into contact with foreign materials.
- Maintain Social Distancing: Keep a minimum distance of 1 meter from people both indoors and outdoors.
